In the event you sell your home, this guarantee is fully transferable to the new homeowner pursuant to the terms above.

The problem turned out to be a clogged drain that had tripped the shut-off switch – something I never would have figured out on my own. The actual fix only took about 10 minutes once he diagnosed the issue. I was especially grateful for how patient and kind he was with my 19-year-old son who has autism.
