Jason is a fabulous technician. Air conditioning went down this morning. I called at 3:30. They had a technician at my house at 5:30. He walked me through what he was doing and where the problem was discussed the benefits of a service plan and got my air conditioning up and running. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called yesterday at 4pm with my AC not working, and they had a technician here by 10am the next morning. The problem turned out to be a clogged drain that had tripped the shut-off switch – something I never would have figured out on my own. What impressed me most was how thorough and professional the technician was. He took videos to show me exactly what the problem was and walked me through the repair process. The actual fix only took about 10 minutes once he diagnosed the issue. I was especially grateful for how patient and kind he was with my 19-year-old son who has autism. He took extra time to explain everything in detail and made sure my son understood what had happened and how it was fixed. That level of care and professionalism really stood out.
