installation. In the event you are unhappy for any reason with the installation of your new Home
Comfort system at any time during the first year following the installation, and we cannot
remedy the problem, we will cheerfully refund 100% of your initial investment. This is NOT a prorated amount - we will refund 100% of the full original investment.

We guarantee that the system we install will be provided at the absolute lowest price...If you discover a comparable offer for a lower price from any other licensed contracting service by written quote within 90 days of your installation, we will refund the difference plus $100.

With our 10-year extended labor coverage, and while maintaining your Home Comfort System and having the scheduled maintenance performed with our Service Agreement, Integrity agrees that in the event of a second failure of either the heat exchanger or the air conditioning compressor within 5 years of the original installation date, Integrity will replace the entire furnace or outdoor unit.
In the event you sell your home, this guarantee is fully transferable to the new homeowner pursuant to the terms above.

The problem turned out to be a clogged drain that had tripped the shut-off switch – something I never would have figured out on my own. What impressed me most was how thorough and professional the technician was. He took videos to show me exactly what the problem was and walked me through the repair process. The actual fix only took about 10 minutes once he diagnosed the issue. I was especially grateful for how patient and kind he was with my 19-year-old son who has autism. He took extra time to explain everything in detail and made sure my son understood what had happened and how it was fixed. That level of care and professionalism really stood out.
