Therefore, we offer you our exclusive "One Year Test Drive/100% Buy Back Guarantee". If you place your trust in us and allow us to install your system, we guarantee a top quality installation. In the event you are unhappy for any reason with the installation of your new Home Comfort system at any time during the first year following the installation, and we cannot remedy the problem, we will cheerfully refund 100% of your initial investment. This is NOT a prorated amount - we will refund 100% of the full original investment.

• Lowest Price Guarantee

  We guarantee that the system we install will be provided at the absolute lowest price. If you discover a comparable offer for a lower price from any other licensed contracting service by written quote within 90 days of your installation, we will refund the difference plus $100.

• Lifetime Installation Guarantee

  We guarantee the quality of workmanship to be professional and in keeping with the standards set by the manufacturer. Should further installation service attributable to the original installation of your heating and air be required during the life of your system, we will return and provide that service at no cost to you for as long as you own the system.

• No Lemon Guarantee

  At Integrity Heating & Cooling, we are incredibly proud of our installation quality. It is hands down. the best quality in the industry, and we guarantee that your system is installed to the highest standards in the industry.

  With our 10-year extended labor coverage, and while maintaining your Home Comfort System and having the scheduled maintenance performed with our Service Agreement, Integrity agrees that in the event of a second failure of either the heat exchanger or the air conditioning compressor within 5 years of the original installation date, Integrity will replace the entire furnace or outdoor unit.

  In the event you sell your home, this guarantee is fully transferable to the new homeowner pursuant to the terms above.
